Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Coverage

  • Used Mobile Phones / Tablets:
    • Warranty period: as mentioned on the warranty card included in the product box.
    • Typically, used devices receive 15 days warranty, but the exact validity is as per the card.
    • Covers manufacturing defects only.
  • New Mobile Phones / Tablets / Laptops:
    • Warranty period: as mentioned on the manufacturer’s warranty card provided with the product.
    • Typically, new devices receive 1 year warranty, covering manufacturing defects and hardware malfunctions.

Exclusions:

  • Physical damage due to misuse, accident, or negligence
  • Consumables (batteries, chargers, accessories) unless stated
  • Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or tampering

2. Unboxing & Inspection

  • Customers must inspect products immediately upon unboxing.
  • Any visible damage, defects, or missing parts must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Warranty claims will only be accepted based on the period mentioned on the warranty card.

3. Warranty Claim Procedure

To claim warranty, customers must provide:

  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation)
  • Clear photos or videos showing the defect or damage
  • Original packaging (if applicable)
  • Warranty card included with the product

Claims without the warranty card or proper documentation may be rejected.

4. Replacement or Repair

  • Warranty service is provided through the manufacturer or authorized service centers only.
  • Altaleb Mobile Phones and Computers will coordinate the process but is not responsible for delays caused by the manufacturer or service centers.
  • Replacement or repair will be provided only if the defect is verified and within the warranty period mentioned on the card.

5. Non-Eligible Cases

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or negligence
  • Consumables not covered under warranty
  • Products tampered with, repaired, or modified by unauthorized personnel
