Refund and Returns Policy

1. Replacement & Exchange

  • Refunds are not provided for regular orders.
  • In case of a valid claim, the customer will receive a replacement product of equal value (exchange) instead of a refund.

2. Defective or Damaged Products

  • If the product received is defective or damaged, the customer must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Claims reported after 24 hours may be rejected.
  • For returns, customers must return:
    • The original packaging, including box, manuals, and any accessories delivered with the product
    • The product itself in the same condition as received

To file a claim, customers must provide:

  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation)
  • Clear photos or videos showing the defect or damage

3. Refund with Deduction

  • If the customer insists on a refund instead of a replacement, it will be processed with a 30% deduction on the product price.
  • Refunds will not include shipping charges and will be credited only after verification of product condition.

4. Non-Eligible Cases

  • Products damaged due to misuse, accident, or negligence
  • Products missing original packaging or accessories
  • Products showing signs of unauthorized repair or tampering

5. Replacement & Refund Processing

  • Replacement processing typically takes 3โ€“7 business days after claim verification.
  • Delivery of the replacement product may take 2โ€“15 business days depending on location and courier availability.
  • Refunds (with deduction) are processed only after inspection and verification of the returned product.

6. Customer Responsibility

  • Customers must inspect products immediately upon delivery.
  • Claims must be reported within 24 hours with proper evidence.
  • Late claims or incomplete information may result in claim rejection.
